How to collect from your own friend list
After logging in with friendtools, click on "view all my friends" in your myspace profile.
Collect your friends list.
Myspace limits the amount of mail messages that can be sent from one profile in one day to about 400 messages. What you can do is after collecting all your friends from your list, right click in the "collected" window on the right, choose "select all", then choose "copy selected", then you can paste all your friends id's into a text file and save it to your hard drive. Then you'll be able to select around 300-400 id's and mail to them. You can then mail out the other half of your friend list the next day, or, you can create another profile and send them right away.

How do I avoid adding people twice?
Click on the "Friendlist" button at
the very top of the FriendTools application. This will populate your friends
list into the window on the left.
Right click in the "collected" window after you've collected some friends and you'll see a menu entry that says "exclude friendlist" - that will prevent already added friends from being requested again.

Why
does FriendTools seem to run slow sometimes?
The program will run as fast as myspace is running at the time. When myspace slows down, friendtools will slow down. Try using friendtools at low traffic times, when less users are on myspace, such as in the very early morning.
You can also disable images and multimedia from the FriendTools option button,
which can usually speed up FriendTools.
